Processing orders
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, except national holidays. Orders placed before 12 pm ship the same day or the next business day.

Damaged in transit
If a product arrives damaged, email info@drboboralcare.com for replacement instructions.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return items sold by Dr. Bob Oral Care and shipped to a US address within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We can't accept returns of:
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has been opened and used (other than damaged in transit)
- Items marked "Final Sale" before checkout
All returns must be in the original packaging, including the original documentation. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return. Refunds go back to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Dr. Bob Oral Care does not refund shipping charges.
